How to send invitations on WhatsApp (and get replies)
How to share an online invitation in WhatsApp chats and groups so it looks good, gets opened and gets answered.

Send a link, not a picture
An image gets lost in a group chat and can't take replies. A link opens the full invitation, shows a preview with your photo and names, and lets each guest reply in a few taps.
Write a short note with it
"Hi everyone! We'd love to see you at Sofia's 30th. All the details and the reply button are here:" followed by the link. Personal words get more opens than a bare link.
Groups or one by one
For a family group, one shared link works well. When seats matter, send each household its own personal link in a private chat, so their seat count is already set.
Remind without nagging
A week before the reply date, send one friendly note to those who haven't answered. Your guest list shows exactly who that is.
On the day
Guests who said yes can open their pass from the same link. Scan it at the door and you'll know who has arrived.
Your invitation, ready tonight
Pick a design, add your details and share the link. It takes about five minutes.
