Using EventX
You must be at least 13 to use EventX, and of legal age in your province to host events involving alcohol or cannabis. Keep your account secure and don't impersonate anyone.
Hosting
Hosts are responsible for their events, including permits, venue safety, accurate descriptions, refunds they promise and applicable taxes. We may remove events that are illegal, misleading or unsafe.
Tickets and refunds
Refunds are set by each host. Where a host cancels an event, we'll help guests get their money back.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
